Wholesale Freight & Shipping Policy (Australia) Freight Provider Guiya Minerals partners with StarTrack as our preferred wholesale freight provider for business-to-business deliveries across Australia. All wholesale orders are dispatched from our Brisbane Head Office.

Dispatch Timeframes Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, subject to order volume.

During peak campaign periods, promotional events, public holidays, product launches, or unforeseen operational delays, dispatch timeframes may extend. 

We will communicate any significant delays where possible. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

 
Freight is charged at cost based on destination, carton size.

Free shipping over $1500

Freight charges will be added to your invoice at the time of processing unless otherwise agreed in writing. Guiya Minerals does not absorb freight costs for wholesale orders unless under a specific approved promotional freight offer.

Delivery Timeframes Estimated delivery windows after dispatch: 

* QLD: 1–2 business days 

* NSW / VIC: 2–4 business days

* SA / ACT: 2-4 business days

* WA / NT / Regional areas: 2-4 business days

Authority to Leave Unless otherwise requested in writing, wholesale deliveries may be sent with Authority to Leave (ATL) where deemed appropriate by the carrier. If your clinic, salon, or business requires a signature on delivery, this must be requested at the time of ordering.

Guiya Minerals accepts no responsibility for parcels lost, stolen, or damaged after successful delivery confirmation where ATL has been used.

Incorrect Delivery Details It is the account holder’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of ordering. Guiya Minerals is not responsible for delays, losses, or redirection fees resulting from incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer. Any charges incurred for re-delivery, return-to-sender, or address correction will be passed on to the account holder.

Failed Deliveries / Return to Sender If a delivery cannot be completed due to:

* incorrect address details

* unattended premises where signature is required

* refusal to accept delivery

* failure to collect from depot Any additional freight charges for re-dispatch will be charged to the wholesale account.

Damaged Freight All deliveries must be inspected upon arrival. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged:

1. Note the damage with the courier where possible 

2. Take clear photos of the outer carton and affected products

3. Notify Guiya Minerals within 24 hours of delivery

Lost or Delayed Shipments Once an order has been dispatched, tracking responsibility transfers to the freight carrier. Guiya Minerals will assist in lodging freight investigations where required; however, delivery delays caused by StarTrack, weather events, depot backlogs, or external disruptions are outside our control.

Partial Shipments / Out of Stock Items Guiya Minerals does not provide Partial Shipment if an item is Out Of Stock you will be issues a refund. 

Guiya Minerals may:

* hold the order until complete if requested

* contact the account holder with options

Remote & Oversized Deliveries Certain regional, remote, or oversized shipments may attract additional freight surcharges from StarTrack. These costs will be communicated where applicable.

Promotional Freight Offers From time to time, Guiya Minerals may offer freight promotions. These offers:

* are time-limited

* cannot be applied retrospectively

* cannot be combined unless stated

* may be withdrawn at any time

Ownership & Risk Ownership of goods transfers once full payment has been received. Risk in goods transfers upon delivery confirmation by the freight carrier.

Freight Disputes Any freight-related issues must be reported to Guiya Minerals within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with StarTrack to investigate where appropriate, but carrier decisions regarding claims remain final.

Policy Updates Guiya Minerals reserves the right to amend freight and shipping terms at any time without prior notice. The most current policy will apply to all wholesale orders.
